It's FAR AWAY FROM CITY. LOTS OF CHARGES FOR THE TAXIS. AND BED IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE , breakfast only have eggs and rice. But good. Swimpool 15 feet 8 feet mini pool. Good condition. No one knows English there. So install translator on your mobile. . . It's good for relaxing couple's. For travelling it's not good.

Stay from June 17-20. Here I goes it's currently 3.40 am and there is a party in the next room. Breaking the government emergency decree. This is the second day in a row. Lastnight party happened till 7:00 am. There is loud screaming and laughter, I have asked the front desk to do something but now they act like they don't speak english. I would not stay here ever and would not wish this upon anyone. My door handle is falling off, room was not made up even after telling the staff when I left for the day. If this was me doing this party the news and police would be making an example of a foreign person breaking the government emergency decree.

Very disappointing. First of all, I have some business here and I need to stay at this area very often and Eurna had long been my go to stay. Mediocre is too good of a term for Eurna. The staff are not friendly at all. Front desk staff are super tricky as they tried to trick me into staying in the lowest category room when I requested for a paid upgrade which was obviously more expensive. Stayed there quite a few times hoping they would improve but something is always broken, either the electric outlet did not work or the aircon, or dirty looking toilet seat, or crusty looking bedsheets. Staff just didn'y care. Owner certainly did not care about the headsup on things that need fixing. I am aware this hoyel is no Ritz Carlton but I paid to stay here and I expect everything in the room to work at least half of the times I stayed. I recently discovered another hotel (14th place) which is a little more expensive (+200 baht), no breakfast, further away but everything is more professional. After 2 years, the way they repeatedly treat me - Eurna will no longer receive any business from me ever again. Breakfast was very limited but at this price I didn't mind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
