I recently had the pleasure of staying at Europa Hotel in London, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Situated in the heart of London, it provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic attractions. Everything was within reach.

Amazing staff, they were so lovely and helpful. My friend had a break-in at her Airbnb and wanted to stay with me. Though Europa has a no visitors policy, they let her stay with me. We were fine with her sleeping on my floor (of a single room), but as soon as they had a double room available, they moved us to the upgraded room for the same price for having her at my room. They took care of us while in need. It's definitely not a fancy hotel, but it's worth the money for the location and the kind staff.

When I arrived at around 3:30pm to check-in, there was nobody to let me in. I called the intercom, rang the doorbell and knocked on the door, but to no avail. Eventually, a receptionist finally turned up. He apologised and claimed that he was fixing another guest’s television, but another employee of the hotel appeared at the same time; I don’t understand why one of them wasn’t monitoring the reception, especially since check-in time was 3pm and so people were likely to be arriving. LOCATION It’s fairly central and in an area that seemed pleasant. The Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre is only about a 25 minute walk away, which was ideal for me! ROOM So cramped and small, like a cabin. It was also dirty: marks, stains and hair- so much human hair- littered around the bedroom and bathroom. Being situated right on the staircase, there were plenty of times I was disturbed by passers-by. I also endured annoying scraping sounds in the middle of the night. FACILITIES Basic tea/coffee making facilities. The shower kept turning itself on and off, and the shower head holder was broken. I didn’t even use the duvet because of the aforementioned dirt. FINAL COMMENTS All of the above resulted in a substandard experience that was not worth my money.

2 nights work trip.. location is great, 2 minutes to Paddington station. Booked a single room but was given family room.. had my choice of beds but I just slept in the one lol.. bed was comfy, and room was warm and clean but with dated furniture. Ensuite was functional. A good budget hotel, will be staying again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
