This hotel was very cheap for such a good location. Sadly the positives stop there. The room was very small, there was barely space to open our suitcases and the desk was tiny. The bathroom was small, dated and not very clean. For English speaking tourists - you'll need to know some French as the staff do not speak English, although they were able to show instructions for the keys through a translated text app.

When we arrived the reception staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We were shown to our room which was very nice. The continental breakfast was ok; it did the job. Overall, we found this hotel to be good value for money. Would definitely use this hotel again on our next trip to Marseille.

Out of price! Hotel is very old and needed a reconstruction. The golden price of it for now is €40 instead of €107 for 2 persons (July 2018). Breakfast is very simple, coffee is not tasty. Room was not very clean, bathroom was all in a fungus. Wi-fi did not work at all, insipid on 3 lines. At night was very hot (mid-July), air conditioner worked poor. We opened the window, but sleeping was absolutely awful (traffic fumes, noise, mosquitos...). Moreover, even in city centre (old harbour area) you absolutely do not feel safe. I would better escapes my visit to Marseille! One plus is only for a kind staff.

Had everything I needed. Staff friendly and helpful. A good breakfast considering its a 2 star budget hotel. Very good location. Would recommend. Only 4 stars as I couldn't find an English speaking TV channel, but that might have been a bonus.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
