Honestly was so scared to stay here reading all of the horrible reviews but three is absolutely nothing wrong with this place! Out room with bathroom was the cheapest we could find in Rome center, it’s very close to the train station and everything was fine. Clean and quiet room, welcoming staff. I do feel that it was expensive for what it is, but that is the trend of everything in Rome in the past year. It might not be “aesthetic” ot “insta worthy”, but totally fine place to stay!

Paying 14e more for the frigo is difficult to understand but the price of the room was also very low so it does not matter a lot Great room, plenty of space, welcoming service, the location is wonderful It fully deserves a 5 star for the price/quality grade.

Pretty good for the price! Reasonable sized room, really friendly and helpful staff. Small breakfast but good coffee. Shower was a bit annoying as it wouldn't stay in a good place, had to prop it up. Great location, right next to the central station so really easy for getting around Rome. Really good laundromat just up the road called washing planet Lavanderia self service. Overall a really nice place and would stay again.

The location was perfect..But this is the dirties building ever, they probably have never cleaned the stairs. Not worth the money

Actually I booked a room with share bathroom. When I do the check in they offer me a room with private bathroom. They have share bathroom and private bathroom. The staff are very friendly. The manager can gave you a good plan for visit the city. For me this is best place that I ever had. I will be back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
