My husband and I stayed here. What a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms so clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff were so friendly. Wellness centre was wonderful. Would so recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Hotel was kept clean. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and amenities were great as well. Small fitness center was nice, and spa was small but pricing was reasonable. Staffs were very friendly and professional. Metro station is literally right in front of the hotel so transportation was very good. Breakfast buffet was little expensive but was pretty good. Highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation.

Great hotel with excellent staff, room clean and well appointed. Very good restaurant and breakfast was excellent. The only reason I dropped one star was that our room was advertised as a balcony, but in my opinion an are that only allows you to put your feet on is not one.

The only great thing in this hotel is the location, it’s located perfectly in the city center and is near everything. But the rooms and bathrooms aren’t the cleanest, the bed isn’t comfortable, the rooms are small, room service isn’t 24hrs, my family members hallway roof(area in front of the bathroom of the room) fell and they fixed it and told us it won’t happen again, the elevators are slow. It doesn’t meet the standards of a 5 star hotel at all. The only great thing and is advantage to the hotel is the great location. I’m never booking a Eurostar hotel again it was my first and last time .

Excellent location in the heart of Porto; walking distance to all attractions & a metro outside the hotel doors. All staff were so lovely, friendly & efficient. The hotel is very smart & stylish with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms & bathrooms are spacious, beautifully designed, air con, coffee machine & plenty of storage. Breakfast was superb with great choice of pastries, hot food, breads & fruits all prepared & presented with care. Spa & massage definitely worth a visit & a real treat. One of my favourite city break hotels especially for the good value price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
