Lovely. The photo looks exactly like the room! I loved the location. You can walk everywhere in this city. Nightlife in Madrid is pretty much bars and outside cafes. You can walk to the Plazas , theatres and shipping easily. The restaurants close at 2 am. There are plenty of places that are open 24 Hours and the property is safe

Everything is extremely great. The best part is the location at Madrid Square, just a 2-minute walk away. However, if you are with family, it's preferable to choose rooms at the back. Roadside rooms won't allow you to sleep the whole night due to the adjacent Pub Dance floor, which generates a lot of noise throughout the night. The staff is excellent, but the hotel has only one staff member for the entire night and two members during the day. That's all. There is no housekeeping or bar service, and you can't have food after the morning breakfast. However, the hotel is conveniently located next to the market, so you can walk and access food at any time. I wouldn't recommend this place to families with kids due to the limited services. There was no AC during first week of November.

It is only a few minutes walk from Sol station, and as it’s on a small street it is quiet at night. There are many good breakfast places nearby, but the atmosphere of the hotel cafe was nice too. I liked the furniture in the lobby. Reception staff was friendly and helpful - they serve gummy bears at the reception, which made my son happy!

Comfy bed, good shower and decent breakfast. Central location to explore the city. My room was not facing the street, so instead of the party noise others have mentioned I had mechanical ventilation noise all night long. Soulless lobby and minimal/ invisible staff. Very clean but the rooms do need a little maintenance. Street on which the hotel is located isn’t very nice

The hotel is located in the center and it is very convenient. It was very noisy in the room which they gave me, there is a cafe outside. After several requests, they changed to a quieter room, but there was constant ventilation noise, which, in principle, did not bother me. In general, value for money, I think it’s a little expensive for a hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
