        My stay on this property was delightful to say the least. The staff were very polite and professional. Our room was clean ,very spacious and well equipped, tea , coffee, drinking water was provided and replenished every day. The bed was the highlight of the room very big and comfortable, with plush bedding. We found it quite easy to access all the tourist sites on our itinerary with ease as the metro was a stone throw away so were the bus stops and Rossio train station. Generally we enjoyed our stay in the property and I'd definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in Lisbon.

        The good: Rooms are large, similar to American size. Bathroom has tub and separate shower toilet and bidet. Location is quiet, but close to downtown. The bad: Air conditioning worked, heater did not, which was not ideal for traveling in the winter. This is not a five star property, and the staff act as they cannot be bothered. When I first check in and there was an issue with my room and I asked to be moved. The person at the front desk had to call a manager to approve it. Later I asked if I could get a robe, I was told I wasn’t allowed, if not already in the room. I asked for a bottle opener, and was told I was not allowed to have that in the room but I can bring my bottle to the lobby and they would open it for me. And in order to have these conversations I had to go downstairs because even though they tell you to dial 900 to reach them 24 hours a day of the 7 times I tried no one ever answer the phone. They also do not me in the front desk they hide in a back room. So you must stand there and motion for them to come help you. If you’re going to advertise yourself as a five star property and charge these prices you should have five star customer service.

        We booked this hotel for a long weekend in Lisbon to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary with my husband. They were amazing. The staff were the nicest and had amazing service. They were very accommodating and they really made our stay very special. The location was great, near the metro and amazing restaurants and plus we enjoyed having the bathtub in the room. Will definitely stay there again.

        I had an excellent experience in this hotel. Since the beginning we were served very well. Breakfast was included and delicious. Personnel was friendly and they bring a cake for my birthday boy without asking. Overall very pleased.
