It's a nice hotel, the rooms are big enough and nice and it was quiet. Service was always nice, except at the reception on our leaving day (today)- we had to leave at 8 and we asked if we could go 10 min earlier for breakfast. He was very unfriendly and said no and then he didn't even say goodbye. The pool is very small and the bar was only open one time. But generally I would recommend it.

Too expensive for the quality and the service you receive. The ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were also superb. However we were disappointed with the rest. Don’t fool yourself by the pictures. Starting from the pool area: the pool is small, all sunshades are broken and shabby. Sadly the pool bar closes at 20:30 - the time where you would want to sit outside and have a drink and a few snacks.The breakfast gives you a wide variety but the quality and taste of the food is average. The rooms however are really nice. Sadly we didn’t have a pool view. Only a few meters away you have the beach. An approx 15min walk to the city centre. I would not spend the money for 7 nights again…

What a great hotel. Friendly staff, great restaurant, amazing views, Great attention to details, for example pillows and mattresses are solid and confortable, you get a great night’s sleep. Staff very attentive. The breakfast is high quality.

Staff - So lovely and really helpful. We were a large group so they were super patient with checking is in and booking taxis for us every day. They also allowed us a late-check out which was much appreciated. The cleaning staff are also really sweet. Rooms - amazing. Modern and clean, super comfy beds and hotel grounds are quiet so you get a great nights sleep! Shower - INCREDIBLE! The pressure was something I'll never forget - so so so good. Breakfast - Lovely choice of fruits, salad, cold meats, hot food, breads, cereals and sweets (cakes, pastries etc). Made it to breakfast every day and so glad we did! Hotel grounds - didn't get to experience the spa or pool, but friends went and said it was great, you just have to book a slot to use spa facilities or book at reception for a massage. Location - Perfect location for Ushuaia and Pacha for the nightlife and also close to a lovely beach. If you want to venture to the other side for Cafe del Mar or Ocean beach it's just a 20-30 min cab and taxis are reasonable. We had a brilliant stay overall. Thanks Eurostars!

Very poor hospitality. Reserved 5 rooms for my birthday weekend. The receptionist Antonella has the worst attitude of any person I’ve encountered working hospital. From the beginning of our stay she seemed to have disdain for our party. After a request to accommodate a delayed guests checkin and needing to go to a schedule d event. She continue with her rude attitude demanding to see passports of guests who planned to checkin later. Horrible experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
