Great location, right downtown near everything, much nicer than other hotels in the area for the price. Excellent staff, very accommodating for late check-outs and holding your bags. Unique decor, clean rooms, smells nice everywhere. I hope they have availability the next time I'm in Miami.

Absolutely loved my stay! The timeless design and impeccable architecture of the accommodation added a touch of classic elegance to the overall experience. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also exceptionally well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I was particularly impressed with the outstanding level of service I received during my early check-in. The staff, especially JD, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. JD's friendly and helpful demeanor made handling any requests a breeze, enhancing the overall quality of my experience. Without a doubt, I will be choosing this accommodation again if I find myself back in Miami. Its convenient location, just an easy 8-minute drive from the Port of Miami, made it even more appealing. A perfect blend of timeless charm, exceptional service, and strategic location – my stay exceeded expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.

This is a hidden gem close to Miami Bay. Rooms are nicely modern with tasty coffee. Wonderful shower. Comfy bed. Building and room have a lot of character. Gym was good but wish there were weights.

We just got back from a 3 day weekend stay at this hotel. Tiny lobby with very attentive staff. The rooms are really clean and modern. We used the valet often and did not have any issues ($40 a day). The included breakfast at the restaurant next door was amazing, the best hotel provided breakfast we've ever had and their service went above and beyond. Their proximity to area attractions is really good but they are located in a bad area of miami , lots of homeless around. All in all, we would stay with them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay😁

The room setting is very European, with modern styling and clean. The hotel itself is very stylish with antique touches. The staff were very helpful and always polite. A highlight was the restaurant next door with Spanish decor and very good continental food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
