I booked one night at this Hotel and was so pleased that I ended up extending two extra nights. Service was outstanding; the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, and the Hotel is very well situated in the heart of Lisbon. (The only negative is the front street is closed to traffic, so if you are driving, you'll have to unload luggage at the back street. However, the front desk staff can help if you call them)

If there was a 6 star rating, this hotel would deserve it. Location is close to the central square, rooms are spacious, breakfast is excellent and everything is extremely clean. The staff is helpful and kind. One of the best 4-star hotels that we've ever been to, as a family of 4.

My wife and I are currently staying at this hotel. This has been one of my favorite hotel experiences. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice and warm. If I could give this place a 10 star I would. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for first time visitors to Lisbon. A special shout out to the staff who serve in the breakfast buffet!

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff who are very friendly and down to earth , and amazing rooms! Breakfast is amazing! What really made this place special was the staff such as Rodrigo who went above and beyond to talk to us (on things we missed doing in Maderia) and the young lady for recommending Ericeira and Mafra to visit. Staff are very nice and there is free sparkling wine and some sweets at the lobby each day. The location is very prime - no issues. There is some current construction outside but wasn’t an issue

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
