Really lovely hotel with excellent travel connections near. Ana at the front desk was a beam of light to greet us and help us get into our room. We had a slight issue with booking the space (book in advance) and she did her utmost to solve it. She is a credit to the hotel.

Really disappointing service. Check in takes so long compared to other hotels. Rooms are fine, views amazing, but nothing beyond a good 3-star internally. I tried to call reception at least 8-10 times for assistance on something, never answered.....I understand that if check in is so delayed it will cause problems elsewhere. The staff are all really nice - I get the impression there are not enough staff, and the systems are really poor. I used the web checkout, and it was a disaster. I gave up eventually and just left. In summary, nice but not 5 star facilities, really weak service, nice location, great views.

The service and amenities fell short of expectations, leaving a disappointing impression. From unresponsive staff to subpar facilities, my stay was far from enjoyable. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests, and teach some of the associates the true meaning of hospitality. I had high hopes about the places but it was not a great experience at all.

The room were not great. The heating did no work and the room was freezing. The maintenance came and said that it was working and did not work. On the other han the service today was not good. It was a heavy rain and we ask for an umbrella in reception and they said that they have none. We were waiting for a cab and they gave 2 other guest an umbrella. That was nos nice at all. Not recommendable at all To said samethimg positive breakfast was very good and the service in the 30th Flor was excellent.

Hotel is outside the main city centre but great for business and close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast ok - only minor negative is the lack of drinks options at Breakfast and while food is buffet self service, you have to wait to be served any drink,including juices, which is odd.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
