Upon arrival you walk through a dining area to get to the lobby. There are no carts for your belongings. I booked a 2 queen bed room. Unfortunately the website is in a different language depending on the links you press and not IPhone friendly. I tried to add 3 people but it would not save. Being an honest person I said there was actually 3 of us but the website was not working. It’s an extra 50 dollars a person though it’s made for 4 people!!! The cold water in the sink doesn’t work. You will hear the room below next to and above you conversations. Half the outlets did not work. No vending machines. The shower was the best part of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel especially when there is MULTIPLE others for the same price with amenities near by.

I stayed in this hotel back in August 2022. This was one of the more affordable hotels for me. It is very conveniently located. A lot of attractions are walking distance. Parking is valet only. Some rooms are bigger than others. One of the strange things about the hotel rooms was how the bathroom was designed. The shower area is visible from the bed area of the hotel. There is a curtain to block the view of the shower, however, the curtain is on the bedroom side and not the shower side, it was a little bit weird. But definitely affordable and a good experience. The photo and video included with this review is of the view you get from the hotel. The views are nice.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I stayed here for 8 nights and it was a very irritating experience. Firstly, the room had tattered blinds, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, shower doesn't have a door, and the A/C doesn't have settings that you can change because even though it has buttons it doesn't let you change anything. Second, the hotel staff is unaware of the breakfast buffet option timings. Further, they don't have good room service as whenever you call them they are out, or don't do happy hour options. Breakfast buffet addition to your package is useless because you only get to order one breakfast entree and a coffee, tea or juice. On 31st night, every guest, like every single one in the room, needed to have a key card to use the elevators. The hotel didn't inform us in advance of this, so the security guard in the ground floor near the restaurant started arguing with us and won't let us take the elevator up even when one of us had a key card. We were treated like criminals in the hotel without that key card, even with the key card, we were asked to wait until the guests that were behind us showed their key cards to use the elevator. Definitely do not recommend this place over the other hotels in the area.

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The front desk was incredible from check in through check out. The door greaters were the most friendly people! We called from desk to check about restaurants and things to do in the area. Within 15 minutes there was a hand written letter of restaurants within walking distance left at our door. They definitely go about and beyond for their guests. I would recommend to anyone and will for sure be back!!

We had a most magnificent stay! Everyone here was so nice and accommodating. From the front desk, to the valet and bar/restaurant, we were very pleased with everyone we interacted with. When they learned it was our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a BEAUTIFUL panoramic king room where the night views were wonderful! The breakfast croissant sandwich at the restaurant downstairs was to die for and paired well with the bottomless mimosas. We also got great bar recommendations and were able to walk to some many different places because of the great location. The only bummer moment was learning the spa was opened a limited amount of days. It was going to be open our last day there and we asked if we could make reservations when we checked in and they said no. We assumed they didn’t take reservations. When we tried to visit the spa last day, they informed us that reservations were booked out a week in advance. We found somewhere else for our massage , but wish the website was more user friendly to book something like that or a little more info at the front desk. I saw a couple reviews about street noise being a problem. It’s Chicago people! It’s part of the charm. You’re going to hear street noise at any Chicago hotel. Be prepared and just take a white noise maker.
