Great location, just next to a metro station. My room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious for a solo traveller, very good value for the money spent on a weekend stay. Not much services, but that is ok for me. Will definitely come back next time because of the great location.

Left a family stranded after a long travel. Because they forgot to add one minor child to the reservation, the whole family was ousted - out 600euros minimum. Too bad. Great location. Awful customer service. Called the central office - did not get any better customer service. Don't go with families. They leave you on the streets.

Amazing view of La Sagrada Familia from our 8th story Terrace room. About a 5 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia, shops, and more. Quiet room, blackout curtains, comfortable king size bed, and a shower/tub! Helpful staff when needing directions.

Location and staff are great. Rooms not so much felt bit tight as no space to have a small sofa or a table. Overall we loved our stay and the proximity of this hotel to the metro/subway.

So much noise from the street! Location is good for Sagrada Familia but far away from the city center. Breakfast is limited and poor quality and the windows are so think you hear the street noise all the time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
