Quite a pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms are quite big. They have a kitchen, fridge and storage space in case you want to cook your own food. They also have a nice terrace. The hotel looks very new. The rooms and lobby are finely decorated. In terms of noise, the room is well isolated from the outside. Also, not many noises came from other rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They serve a very complete breakfast. There are several options of cold meats and cheese to make toasts and sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, and a nice variety of breads. The hotel has plenty of parking in the surroundings, but they also have their own underground parking. The subway station is at a close walking distance from the hotel. You'll be at the city centre in about 20 minutes. Prices for the room are reasonable given the location and quality of the rooms and service. Overall, an excellent experience!

The rooms are quite spacious, the bathroom is just beautiful. There is not just shower gel or shampoo but even hair conditioner and body lotion. It was a nice surprise. I loved the big bath too. Everything was really clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. There is a big supermarket (Pingo) nearby which was also very good. Metro station is really close so we could get to the train station or the city centre easily. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights last week and found the facilities excellent. The rooms were very clean and spacious with hot drinks and kitchen facilities available for preparing food. The food and breakfasts were very good and most of all we found the staff at all levels very friendly, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble .We were also very impressed with the younger members of staff in the dining room and bar and Anna and the intern, Carolina deserve a special mention for their friendliness, warmth and efficiency and their willingness to go to any lengths to be helpful. We would be more than happy to return

Good: modern facility. Good restaurant. Terrible: the rooms have ants problem! The ants build a nest in the wall behind TV, and they climb into your laptop! Well, when complained to front desk, I did not even get a “sorry”. The guy was even complaining to my complaints, that he needed to call disinfection company, again! He did not even bother to think of a solution for the customer. This hotel is ridiculous, no matter it is 4 stars or 40 stars. Hard to imagine how many ants I captured in 10min? Check the pictures.

The hotel itself is beautiful with spatious room and washroom as well as a mini kitchen. The nicest part was that it contained a separated washroom and shower. Unfortunately, the cleanness is very low. Even after requesting to the receptionist they didn’t care at all. In the case of food, I found something and the kitchen girl changed it immediately.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
