This is a great cost-benefit ratio. The location is excellent and the facilities are very comfortable. Some rooms have Douro's river view with the Luis I bridge at background. Staff is really thoughtful and nice. Definitely recommend it.

Rooms were clean and adequate in size. I would have preferred more sink area and shelf for toiletries at or above sink level. I liked balcony and queen size bed. Location is great - far enough from traffic and urban noise, and close enough to go to all of the local sites, restaurants, etc. Service/reception people were very helpful and friendly. Hotel breakfast was good but not out of the ordinary. Very comfortable hotel.

All of the employees were amazing!! Diana was my favorite. She arranged a birthday surprise in our room for my wife, helped book special events for us and greeted us with a smile all of the time. The breakfast was great, roof top bar had great drinks and great scenery, and a quick walk to all of the action but far enough away that it was not noisy at night. Highly suggest this hotel you will Not be disappointed

We loved this hotel's location--on the river, a short walk to good food, and great views. The roof-top bar was a happy hour hit--watching the boats cruising up and down the river was a great way to unwind. Our room was surprisingly spacious, had a great view of the river, and a comfy bed. The bathroom had, what we humorously called, a water feature. The shower drain was exceeding slow, which caused water to pour out of the shower area and onto the floor leading to the bedroom. We alerted the front desk, and the issue was resolved the next day, but we did have a bit of a time getting replacement towels for the ones we used to cover the large puddle in the room. Breakfast is entirely adequate, and if you want a quick and light bite before bed, the restaurant is also adequate. Still, location is the star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
