Excellent place to stay while visiting Sevilla. Centrally located Hotel. The service was stupendous! Some minor problem with the A/C. Nice breakfast menu. The streets leading to the Hotel are narrow and the Taxi Cab drivers are afraid to go that last 100 meter. Otherwise, I would highly rate this Hotel! Thank you to Christina and Daniela for helping my wife and me! Giving us some guidance to Historical and interesting places.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, breakfast options copious and tasty. Disappointed that the terrace bar was closed (not mentioned on the website) as other hotel terrace bars were open. A great place to stay for a city break to Seville.

First time for visiting and staying in Sevilla. Couldn't have picked a better hotel and location. 5 seconds around the corner from Sevilla Cathedral, the Giralda Tower and Real Alcazar. Beautiful, quiet, and stylish hotel. Located on the corner of a side/back cobblestone lane, out of the way of tourists. Reception, breakfast catering and cleaning staff so helpful, polite and accommodating too. Food at breakfast is great, varied and plentiful. All self serve. Tried out the rooftop bar a few times too which has amazing views especially through a rum and coke!! The only thing I missed out on was the pool area and having a dip, as the hotel shuts it down at the end of September. Pool would have been nice cos October still attracts the Sun and 33 Degrees each day. Definitely go again.

The staff are the only reason this review has 3 stars. My partner and I were quite disappointed with our stay. We checked into our hotel and the room had quite the unpleasant sewage smell. It only dissipated slightly with opening all windows. The front desk was helpful - room was recleaned but the smell lingered for our stay and we just kept all windows opened. It is in a central area so it was just quite noisy with the windows open all night. We also were quite itchy through the night and had a lot of big bites that covered our bodies by the end of our stay. The king sized bed we had was just 2 beds pushed together. Either one of us slept in the crack between the bed or we slept quite a bit apart to avoid the dip. Overall, disappointed in the stay. Staff was so friend and accommodating though. Seems like they were trying their best to accommodate guests in a subpar hotel.

Brilliant hotel with friendly staff in a really good spot in the old town, a couple of minutes walk to the cathedral and plenty of tapas bars. Everything was clean and modern, there was enough breakfast options for everyone and the pool and rooftop bar are great. Don't listen to the people that say you can't drive there. We had a BMW X1 and although some of the streets are tight, it's perfectly possible to drive there and park outside the hotel while you unload the suitcases. Would very happily stay here again.
