A real sample of hospitality! The Hotel was beautiful, with a modern deco and huge and beautiful lobby. Spectacular view of "Sierra de Guadarrama" Since we went for 15 days to Spain this end of the year it was important for us to stay in a comfortable room, we made the right choice! The rooms were very spacious, clean and well maintained. 5 stars to the beds! Is far from the city center, but you can take a bus just in front of the hotel (every 7 minutes) that will take you to Madrid Center (Bus No.133) If you decide to rent a car they have a big and very safe parking garage. Dinner options are the only thing I would change, since the menu is very repetitive and just a few things are offered, however we tried everything and it was delicious. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Thank you very much to Mercedes, the sweetest person that we have ever met in a hotel, always working, multi tasking and running, but also smiling. What a hard worker you have there Eurostar! Also thanks to Martha, our room service was ready even before we called! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

A good business hotel in a nice neighborhood. Really really big rooms that starts to be a little bit dated, but still are of good quality and well kept. Great beds and pillows and it is very very quiet in the area so no noise will make it into the rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of choices of food. About 500 meters to closest subway station and a bus stop just outside of the hotel makes for good communications. Close and convenient to Madrid Airport.

This was our second time in this hotel, as we previously had a great experience here. The biggest problem we encountered was the air conditioning in the room - when we arrived, it was off - supposedly for a long time. After 4 hours of staying, the temperature was still at 28 and we decided to contact the reception. A maintenance guy came for a visit in couple of a minutes and fixed it. Eventually the temperature dropped to 23 in the room, but the next morning it was back to 26 with a bit of sweating. Generally, the service was good and the staff were very friendly. The pool was also nice, but the pool bar selection was poor - only beer and soft drinks were available.

The room was big and well equipped, but the beds and mattasses were awful. Breakfast, I would say, was poorer than for a 3-star hotel. For a business trip, the location could be ok, but I would not recommend it if you are going as a tourist.

Its a great hotel. The staff is really nice and helpfull. The hotel looks a bit old but the rooms are very clean. I really liked this. The breakfast was super. Lots of choice and really nice. The restaurant i didn't try. I Highly recommend this hotel. price and quality are very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
