Excellent location by Oriente station. We stayed 1 night on bed and breakfast package. This hotel was perfect for our arrival by train from Porto, and then travel to the airport the next morning by metro. The lobby is very nice, all of the staff were very friendly, the room was great, and the breakfast had a wonderful selection of delicious food. The only reason for 4 stars on the room was a shower head that looked like it needed cleaning, and we had the misfortune of the sink not draining.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel for two nights before my journey to the East, I chose this hotel, because I wanted to stay close to the airport (the hotel is about 10 min away from Humberto Delgado Airport) and I must say that my experience was nothing short of delightful. This beautiful, modern hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from its sleek design to the attentive and friendly staff. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by its contemporary ambiance and pristine cleanliness. The Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel truly lives up to its name, embodying a universal appeal that caters to a wide range of guests. The interiors are tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, creating an atmosphere that is both inviting and sophisticated. Above all, it was the hotel staff who truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist me with any requests or inquiries. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and their attention to detail truly enhanced my overall experience. I would like to thank Ricardo for checking me in earlier and for upgrading my room for the one on the 12 floor. My room was great, I loved the rain shower! In summary, Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel is a remarkable choice for anyone seeking a modern, clean, and luxurious accommodation in Lisbon. The rooftop pool offers a stunning retreat, and while the gym may be compact, the inclusion of saunas is a welcomed bonus. The service was perfect. Very kind employees. Everything was clean and cared for. Fantastic view from our river view room. We went during autumn so it was a little cold to really appreciate the terrace, but if you go when the weather is more accomodating.. go to the terrace. Really beautiful. Also the breakfast buffet was 10/10 points.

The hotel was good. I'm not sure if it's just me being a Western traveler, but my primary issue was no microwave in the room. Other than that, it was great. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The overall hotel look and feel was modern. I love that you can only get to the rooms if you are a guest. The elevator requires a guest card. The rooms are also energy efficient so you have to leave the key in slow close to the door to turn everything on. The video I uploaded was cut short but the overall room was very practical. I didn't have any issues with noise and slept well. I love that you can control all of the lights from the room from switches on the side of your bed. Make sure to take power adapters/converters. Breakfast options were also good. I'd stay again.

The stay was short and ok. The hotel feels like a 4 star. Specialy the rooms and service, which was ok but not 5 star. The breakfast is very good and the service there is more like a 5 star service. Globally was nice just disappointed with the room and some construction works in front of my room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
