        Boracay island attracts good number of travelers, both domestic & international, post pandemic period. Perhaps, this has caused some hotels to take travelers for granted with below standard services and expect them to keep quiet! This hotel stands right at the top in terms of - extremely poor service, poor quality of room, lack of empathy and unwillingness to help in a problematic situation. It was so bad that, I had to file a police complaint against them and check out of the hotel at middle of the night, as the allotted room became unlivable due to huge amount of moisture build up all over the room, almost like a room filled with wet surface all over. They deserve such poor rating for taking travelers for granted and being completely unapologetic about their poor standard of service and poor response upon receiving the complaint. Such poor standard of service and approach from staff is unacceptable at any level.

        I stayed in 4 different rooms here. This is what I found Pros WiFi is really fast I was surprised Some rooms have aircon that barely works Cons Cheap hotels attract large groups of noisy loud Filipinos who rent 2 or 3 rooms and think the entire hotel is a personal playground. Running yelling screaming in the hallways, banging on doors, and of course they leave their doors open as if this is their own home. Some rooms have very dirty floors No real hot water.. It was just warm Very slow elevator Restaurant always closes at 1pm don't expect to eat here

        NOT A TRANQUIL PLACE TO SLEEP ALARMS AT ALL HOURS Every room door sounds an ALARM when it is opened that continues until it is shut. This means alarms are going off all the time making it impossible to sleep. Woken up at 5am everyday to guests opening their room doors and leaving them open. The alarms are extremely loud and sound exactly like the IPhone wake up alarm. This is ridiculous to install alarms on every room door. Do not reccomend this hotel if you want to actually sleep in your room. We have over a week to go here and don't know what to do.

        Eurotel Odd name give everything else about it Pictures on listing are clearly old as it is not like this Classed as a 2 star still think its more like a 1 star WiFi didn't work properly in room TV had 4 channels Breakfast was very very very limited only serving pinoy food which may not necessarily be a bad thing if options were actually hot ..the langanisa was cold and container had no heating element Place looked tired and in dire need of TLC Was not really happy about the view or black mould in the room Pluses - staff were friendly and helpful - close to the beach front - close to busy night life

        We had stayed here a few times when the hotel initially opened in 2013. We found it to be a clean, quiet , family friendly and location was great as its close to the beach. Our most recent trip has found the hotel is very run down with many issues. Although the staff are very friendly as most filipino are, don't be fooled by its clean lobby and staff. The rooms smell badly and are extremely unkempt from floors to walls and glass, including mirrors , windows ,beds and way beyond dirty bathrooms which have many issues from black mold , water leaks , broken or unhinged toilet seats to leaky windows , rotting unsafe balcony railings. We had to change rooms due to the formentioned issues including lack of sealant around windows which not only allowed water intrusion but extremely large unsightly spiders ,house lizards. After trying to locate where the first creepy crawler went we looked under the bed only to find large holes in the walls at base as well not one but 3 rat traps under the beds. This was only the first room we had! After asking if we could change rooms the staff could not do anything until speaking with the manager whom was not on-site and couldn't be reached. Room 2 was a bit of a challenge to obtain and should not have been a issue after said issues but they seemed reluctant but finally one full day later we did move . This room was just as disgusting as the previous and needless to say we were very disappointed and discouraged. I would highly recommend choosing another hotel as they will not under any circumstances give a refund of any sort no matter the issues. We weren't looking for a 5 star resort and don't mind paying and didn't need a refund but opted to leave for our own health! What was once a decent hotel has been very poorly managed and especially badly maintained. I would highly recommend finding another hotel who at least can maintain and keep there premises clean , maintained and don't have rats , spiders and smelly sewage odors within the rooms. As a side note, I have never had to leave or had the urge to post anything anywhere other than positive things . Beware of this Hotel as it wouldnt even be any good as a hostel !! Should anyone from Corporate read this? I urge you to have a very good, deep hard look within your hotel from all mentioned, as even your glass coverings on table tops in rooms are a liability as there broken, not chipped, putting all including children at risk! , As well rotting railings , aircon supports which will eventually fall possibly causing significant injuries or worse, to the unsightly rooms. It needs much more than a coat of paint as you can only put lipstick on a PIG!. Its still a PIG!..

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
