The hotel is in a good location, close to tower bridge. I didn’t like the smell I perceived in entering the front door… the receptionist were lovely and helpful. My room was clean and small but big enough for two people. The bathroom was clean but the drains are so slow probably clogged…I stayed just one night, so it was good enough for my one day trip.

We stayed for four nights in late September - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights - in a single room for four people. Overall our stay was alright: the beds/pillows were decently comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom were adequately sized, and the room was clean (although a bit aged and worn in places). The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel's location leaves something to be desired. I wouldn't say the hotel is central (the marketing copy saying that it's "close to Tower Bridge" is stretching the definition of "close"), and although it's not terribly close to a tube station, the nearby bus lines are fairly convenient. And on the plus side, there are plenty of decent restaurants and shops nearby, including a Tesco superstore just down the road. The biggest issue, however, is that the hotel is located next to and above a Latin nightclub. On Friday and Saturday night, the loud music from the nightclub easily penetrates the walls of nearby hotel rooms well into the early hours of the night - and the lower frequencies disturbed us despite our earplugs. In particular, on Saturday night we heard the loud Latin beats until nearly 3AM, after which it seemed that some of the clubgoers returned to their rooms in the hotel, slamming their doors loudly.

Amazing hotel, very clean and organized, honestly I am not exaggerating but I always stay in 5 star hotels and this one is much better last week I stayed in Liverpool in the Municipal hotel it doesn’t deserve 5 star rate honestly this one does they have many things in the room that the 5 star hotel didn’t have also the staff were very professional and super polite.

Overall very good stay for us! The location is excellent - despite being a bit far from the tube, it’s very well connected to all main locations through buses that run frequently. The area is lively and convenient (bars restaurants and supermarkets all quite close by). The room was spacious - especially the bathroom - and well furnished, didn’t feel like anything was missing. We had some issues with heating the first night which was immediately fixed. We didn’t have any issues with any noise throughout the whole week. The only “negative” was that while the room was kept overall quite clean, we noticed as the days went by that it was being cleaned superficially (ie if coffee powder was spilled on the counter it stayed there the next day). Also one of the nights we noticed the sheets were stained. But overall the hotel was kept tidy and with an acceptable level of cleanliness. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that, we def appreciated having a kettle and a fridge in the room to make our own breakfast when needed. Staff was kind and did their job well.

In contrast to some other reviewers' opinions, we thought the hotel's location was great. There is a bus stop nearby that takes you pretty much anywhere in and around London City as well as to the next underground station. There's also a Lidl store nearby offering everything you need. Lastly, it's just a 20 minute walk from Tower Bridge. Yes, on weekends there's noise coming from a club downstairs but that didn't really bother us too much. Just use earplugs if necessary and you're good to go. And yeah, it's not the best neighborhood but we didn't really care since we were roaming around the city all the time. The room was rather small and could be maintained better (patches on the wall, broken toeboard etc.) but it was good enough. It was clean for the most part except for the two faucets in the bathroom, which were just nasty and should be replaced asap. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. So why only 1 star? For one simple reason: The cleaning personnel actually went for our suitcase twice. Once they failed, the second time they suceeded. How do I know? I've been to a lot of hotels in my life and learned a few things. One was taking a picture of the lock of your suitcase. The first time, it was a different combination than when I locked it and the second time they managed to open it and just left it like that. Of course, we didn't leave anything valuable in there but two inexpensive bracelets disappeared (they did have sentimental value). That's where we draw the line.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
