        This wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Lets start with the positives, the shower is amazing and so strong. They also have great room service and an amazing restaurant'sdownstairs with amazing service. The thing that let me down was first the TV. There was no signal and when I asked the staff they said "tough". The rooms were also quite tiny and you could not fit more than three bags in. Therefore I am giving this a 3 out of 5 stars

        Terrible customer Service. I have COVID and tried to postpone OVER 24HRS before my booking. Guaranteed this was originally a non refundable one, however it would be irresponsible of me to come and stay when I have COVID and spread to other guests. I spoke to two people in reservations and they refused to change the booking even though they had already received my money. I believe they pretended that the manager, Mohammed, was in a meeting when I asked to speak with him and told me to go through the 3rd party booking company instead, which I did. The hotel refused them too! However Agoda did understand and kindly offered the refund from their side. What made it worse, was that the hotel staff didn't even offer any words of sympathy for my illness when they could clearly hear me coughing and sneezing. The hotel website information says they put customers at the centre- they don't! Do not give your money to this hotel- there are plenty of great hotels close by.

        I stayed for 4 nights for a birthday trip and all the staff were lovely. I was given a complimentary drink voucher on arrival. Room had all necessary requirements and the shower was AMAZING. Would definitely stay again! Big thank you to Sahely and Yasmin

        Close to kings cross station , and Euston square station directly below. Very noisey , you will never sleep in here. Asked for room to be cleaned daily, but that didn’t happen so got my own towels , tea and milk from housekeeping trolley, and unfortunately I resorted to putting my rubbish in the hall , ( which I think is very bad to do this) but I like a clean room especially when paying a reasonable price for . Didn’t eat at restaurant so can’t comment on that . Shower press was great, but lukewarm in the morning, apparently due to demand , when I questioned reception. No fridge in room but got fresh things daily as very close to supermarket.

        My recent stay at the Euston Square Hotel in London left much to be desired. While the location was convenient, and the hotel's exterior appeared promising, the overall experience could have been more pleasant. First, the housekeeping standards were utterly unacceptable. Imagine my shock when I discovered that the housekeeping staff was using guests' towels to clean the floors! This blatant disregard for hygiene and guest comfort was deeply concerning. Furthermore, mould in the shower was simply unacceptable and showcased a lack of proper maintenance. Though technically meeting legal size requirements, the room itself needed to be more adequate for guests travelling with suitcases. The lack of storage space made it impossible to keep our belongings organized, and opening even a single large suitcase or two smaller ones required manoeuvring them into the bathroom. The front office staff's behaviour was equally disappointing. Despite being courteous and greeting them with "good morning," they failed to reciprocate the gesture. Moreover, their lack of professionalism and unhelpful attitude when addressing our housekeeping concerns could have been more disheartening. Additionally, the elevator needed to be more reliable, working only half the time. During our stay, we decided to try the hotel's Mexican restaurant. It was expensive, especially considering the tiny portion sizes. The food lacked the genuine flavours of an authentic Mexican restaurant.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
