This was my first time staying and an EVEN hotel and it super exceed my expectations. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Once you step inside, you know it the experience is going to be different. Super clean and modern. The room was spacious and clean it also had a yoga and work desk which I have never seen in a hotel before. The location was great and easy access to the expressway. I didn't like that I had to go down stars to warm up food and that the parking is off site. It rained so it was a pain if your didn't have a umbrella. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Love the location and staff. Staff are always welcoming when I arrive and very accommodating. Love openness of the room. I wish there was more attention to cleaning the bathroom and high touch surface areas. Hate there is no microwave. You can have healthy microwave food. Dislike that parking is at the bank. The location is safe. Location is close to many places and 15 minutes from downtown.

I wish I could have posted a more positive review. Just stayed for a girls overnight trip and it was ok for the night, but nothing special. We were greeted and checked in quickly, but then told that the complimentary breakfast that was supposed to be there in the morning actually wasn’t and would need to be paid upon eating, like a restaurant. In the morning when we went downstairs to eat, it wasn’t open because they didn’t have anyone that could ring up the food (or charge to the room). The coffee machines needed to be cleaned and rinsed and wouldn’t dispense any coffee until a cleaning cycle was run, which no one knew how to do. The whole time we stayed we were told multiple complaints about the hotel by the staff; not enough room keys, not enough staff, only 4 luggage carts for 133 rooms, etc. This hotel is close to the performing arts center and where we had dinner reservations, which made the location great, but I wouldn’t stay here again until they have the place run by better management.

The room was very nice bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking while not right at the hotel lot was adjacent to the hotel though you had to park on 5th and 6th deck across the street and walk back to the hotel my only "CON part". My Bartender she was very nice and her drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Wanted to love… -Parking is a nightmare for a family- parking is in a parking garage 5 minute walk on 5th floor of tiny parking garage. -Rooms were clean and used plant based products, exercise equipment in rooms. Service was terrible- good people doing their job, but terrible policies. -Kept saying they would bring coffee and didn’t. -No microwave in the rooms, you had to heat up food in small microwave in lobby, but couldn’t eat outside food down there. Not family friendly at all. -Would not bring bedding up to room said we had to wait for house keeping to come in the morning?!?? So we went without a comforter on one of the beds. —When we asked for extra towels, they gave us bath mats and would not bring them bc there was only one person working there by themselves. Overall, not accommodating the way hotels usually are. Shame too bc the place is nice and has potential.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
