        Didn’t start well with the phone call to see about the shuttle times. The recording said every 30 minutes then said to contact the front desk and let them know. Front desk kinda rude but to the point. Anyway got to hotel, and yes we were a little early for check in but was told for $30 more we could check in or wait 1hr and 1/2 and then check in. We had nothing to do really so we sat and waited in the lobby area. I mean if your room is ready…..They had some water with some kinda flavor not great, but wet. Pool pic on the website is laughable. Small pool that we passed on. Small restaurant with limited menu, kinda pricey but it worked. Room was great, cool air, hot shower, nice bed! Don’t try to go to sleep before 10pm the airport noise will not be your friend. They do offer a shuttle to the port for a $$.

        Hotel was built nicely, but now needs major maintenance overhauling. Housekeeping is very poor. It's our 5th day in the hotel, checking out tomorrow, and during our entire stay, the floors were never mopped, carpets were never vacuumed, toilet seats never cleaned despite of our continuous requests from the front desk and the housekeeping staff. The AC unit in our suite was malfunctioning, stuck on 59 degrees Fahrenheit and not turning off. We had to sleep in freezing conditions the 1st 4 nights (Friday to Tuesday). Our requests for maintenance from the front desk were taken lightly and request was not relayed to the engineering until Tuesday morning. They eventually cut the power off of the AC unit for it to stop freezing the room. All other suites were occupied except for one, which also had the same AC issue. We will check out tomorrow finally, and the toilet seats are still dirty, the floors of the suite were never cleaned, since when we checked in. In fact, on Friday, when we arrived, we were given a room which wasn't even serviced after the previous guests had left. So we had to wait after a long flight, until we were assigned another suite. The management has to really step up if they want to preserve their Intercontinental brand's standards. Major disappointment. All we were offered as compensation was 2 free drinks at the bar, which we honestly don't care much about and won't be taking them.

        I normally never leave bad comments. But it was a really bad experience for Miami. It was written that there were free shuttle. we waited for about 1.30 hours and it did not come. When we called, it would come every 30 minutes. Then we connected to an employee and he told us that they were temporarily using the bus of the hotel next door. There was no such thing written on the website. but the employee was really helpful. 5 minutes after we talked, they came and picked us up. When we first entered the room, we found it really clean. But we stayed for 5 nights, our bed sheets were not changed in any way and the cleaning staff came and took our garbage 3 days later. Normally I expect it to be cleaned and sheets changed every day. After taking out our garbage, staff reduced the room temperature to 60 and when we came to the room, it was freezing. If someone still stays in that room and leave the temperature like that no one should touch. We were in room we forgot to put sign. Someone came our room and when he/she realized we were there and left. No matter what before entering to room, employees have to knock to the door. The employees in the restaurant were also very polite and friendly. But the breakfast was really crowded and some people were sitting alone at tables for 4 people. It would be much better if someone greets arriving guests and shows them where to sit. Arriving groups do not have to wait long. Location is close to train and bus station. But far to beaches if you don’t rent car it takes time to go

        We used Even Hotel as a day use to kill time before a late flight. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, laid back, flexible and communicative. It was a relief to have a spot WITH airport shuttle but also a space with super comfortable beds (soft linens and perfect pillows). The room even had a workout area with yoga mat and resistance bands. The downstairs workout area looked like a legit gym. The pool was fantastic for the kids. This place was a godsend! Highly recommended!

        I would like to give 5 *. Nice hotel, people from desk friendly and helpful. You feel secure. If you a sport and exercises lover good place to stay. The room I got has nice view and cleaning. Thou it has some smell like gym or exercise room. I needed to take the 5 am shuttle to the airport but no driver at that time. So we have to wait 30 min. The breakfast and dinner food are good. I recommend 👌 the hotel
