This is certainly the best hotel among all at the same price range we’ve stayed at in Taipei in terms of location, facilities, staff, services, maintenance and so on. Their employees from gate guard, receptionists at desks to housekeepers are professional and courteous. I’m especially impressed by a guard, Lupin. I left my luggage at the hotel when checking out in the morning. In the mean time, I asked them to call a taxi company I prefer to take me to my destination in the afternoon. The cab was waiting for me in front of the hotel shortly after I went back to pick up my luggage. Good locations get travelers’ attention. Great hotels win returning businesses. Attentive services undoubtedly impress guests!

Overall a very pleasant experience at the hotel. Check in was fast and services over the counter was good. Directions by the lobby staffs was clear and helpful. Rooms was clean and facilities was well maintained. The only issue is probably the bath tub where the water inlet is dropping black rust stain into the tub

There is no question about the service. However, the room definitely shows it's sign of age. The carpet definitely needs either deep cleaning or replacement. Shower area is too small. The toilet plumbing needs better flushing - each #1 needs at least 2 flushes to clean. This is kind of embarrassing for a 5-star hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Highly recommend. Even though the hotel isn’t the super modern kind of hotel, the hotel room was spacious and clean. Excellent service from the concierge/reception. The hotel is also located just 5 mins walk from the metro station (exit 4) which makes it very convenient.

Rooms have dirty carpets and smell of cigarettes. Windows have blinds that can't be adjusted. Otherwise, the hotel seems to appear fancy with a nice view for extra.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
