TL;DR - Value for money and you get what you pay for. I can't really complain about anything for this price. Yes, rooms are dated and definitely could be better cleaned. Desks are occasionally dusty and surfaces can sometimes be greasy. Beds and linen were clean, bathroom had everything I needed, as did the room in general. The whole property definitely needs some renovation. Check in staff and service in general is pretty good, prompt and polite. Overall, a decent choice for families for a budget stay close to the strip.

Great experience! Fun place for all ages and the staff was super friendly and courteous. If you're going to the Tournament of the Kings and want a great view of the show, the Dragon section would be the place to be. We sat in the front row of the Norway section at times the show was out of view from either the side performers or other people attending. All in all it was definitely worth it!

The rooms were average, nothing special but nothing wrong with them. Some service wasn’t great but most was. Angel the security guard went above and beyond, there was also a receptionist we liked. Location by the airport and venues we needed. The castle theme is cool and the Luxor was right outside our window. I find the castle theme funny though because the rooms don’t reflect that at all and the Casio atmosphere doesn’t really either. I wouldn’t describe it luxury, great view, quiet, or great price. The price was decent.

I had a resort superior king suite. The room does not have a clock of any kind in it. The large soaking tub was not clean, it had a lot of hair in it as well as some standing water in the bottom of the tub, the wallpaper was peeling back and appeared to have black mold. The shower in the bathroom is listed as having a full glass enclosure which is false advertisement, the shower is in fact completely open with a tile lip at the floor (about2”). The bathmat that was folded and placed on the lip of the shower was completely wet. I informed the hotel of the issues and they refused to do anything other than say we’ll look into it. I would definitely not recommend staying at this property.

Parking not attached to hotel building. Was bit of hassle to get there in wet and cold weather. Trash wasn't cleared in room daily, or until it piled up and called for room service. Rooms were clean when we arrived. Room service can be improved. We purchased an offer for daily $30 credit in restaurants. This offer is only applicable at high end/expensive restaurants and not places like Baja fresh and similar fast food. That offer was not even enough for one person's breakfast at Buffet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
