Great place with a good location. The room was large, the shower was also large, and the air conditioning was excellent. Can't take those things for granted anymore. They also had a 10% discount for paying in cash so able to save a little money. Would definitely go back. We did have an incident where our credit card was declined on a pre-authorization attempt and we had only 24 hours to respond. We booked our room many months in advance and had a great rate (room costs had doubled with the booming travel season). So there was that bit of drama about almost losing the reservation. But we got back to them about the credit card in time and it all worked out perfectly.

Perfect 'crash pad' in Rome. Solo traveller and wasn't going to spend much time in the room. I went for the deluxe room and ended up with the mountain theme. I was a little apprehensive given the low cost but I should have been! Room was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for me. Nice hot shower too. Location is perfect too, just up from Barberini and 10 mins max. to the top of the Spanish Steps. Street is quiet too which was a bonus. Would recommend

For the price, it was a great deal. It's hard to get anything in that area that is affordable, and this hotel fit the bill. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, it was sufficient for our needs. Not a lot of frills, and the desk hours are limited, but if you need a nice, clean place to stay where you won't be bothered, this one works!

They cancelled our reservation without notice leaving us stranded late at night after arriving from the airport. We tried contacting them when we landed and there was no response, one of the other guests had to call her and she was exceptionally rude and said she gave our room away, I had a full booking confirmation and itinerary number. She never cancelled it through Expedia. She then said she had one night available but not three- which did not work for us but we felt desperate as it was so late. She said she’d send a link and it was 45 minutes later with no link. We went elsewhere after that as it was getting later and later. She then proceeded to send nasty messages on WhatsApp through the night. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend staying here even if the reservation wasn’t just canceled she was extremely difficult to deal with and the other guests that helped us also had that complaint- they also said they were not impressed by the lack of communication but they were lucky they got it sorted out for themselves.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
