This was a great experience. The service is good and the breakfast was super. The hotel has everything that you can ask for. We were there as a family for a short break and really enjoyed it. The gym is perfect and larger than what you normally experience. Highly recommendable. The rooms are a little "tired" and could do a refresh, at least the room we stayed in. The hotel is next to the central station and hence the metro to all of Milan.

The hotel is in a good location, right across the street from the central station. They provide free shuttle to the Duomo (which is great because there isn’t much to do around the area). The service is good, and the staff are helpful. You can feel the room is a bit worn down. I hope the hotel renovates the rooms a bit or at least change the bed headboards and the carpet under the bed. The breakfast is fair enough, 3/5.

Excellent hotel well located in Milan. Great architecture and comfort. All the staff is really lovely, rooms are nice although some elements need an urgent replacement. The food at the restaurant is really amazing. Wifi a bit slow.

THANK YOU! We truly enjoyed our stay with us, the staff was very very kind, very professional and helpful for all our needs and restaurant reservations! Thank you Chiara for helping us through the reservation and parking, Alessandro from Concierge, Fabio from Guest Relations and the lady Manager at Breakfast was so kind. It was my brother's birthday and everyone was nice to us. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and large, and finally the breakfast was amazing! This Hotel will be our base for our future stays in Milan :) Thank you!

After staying in the Gallia Hotel multiple times, it's fair to say that this is an exceptional hotel. What stands out it the staff. The service is simply excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful, taking care of all your needs. Rooms are spacious, immaculate, and come equipped with all the commodities one could desire. Very comfortable beds as well. Complimentary water and some sweets are included. The breakfast is of noticeable quality, has everything one could wish for. It is supplemented with a wide selection of amazing looking pastries. Again, the staff is there to comfort your needs, and provides fresh coffee and drinks per your request. Location is right in the center of town, and very close to the trainstation. With this in mind, do visit the rooftop bar ono the 7th floor. the view is amazing! All in all a very recommendable stay. With pleasant previous experiences in mind, I'm looking to be a guest of the Gallia Hotel again in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
