Our family actually stoped here by accident and at the last minute. We were driving from our home in Palermo to our lake home in Lake Como and we wanted to stop and relax for a day or two. What a wonderful surprise from the moment we walked into the lobby. Even during high season and no reservation the front desk was very welcoming and warm. The property is classic Italian Riviera class charm and elegance one expects of this region. The pool over looking the sea was just stunning with fantastic cocktails. Dinner was a wonderful experience with exceptional food and services. If you ever have a chance to stay in this wonderful hotel you must do it. We will he back again soon for a longer stay.

We arrived here on the 29th of October with warm welcome from all the reception staff, special mention yo Francesco.We have more days to stay. This is our second visit recommended by my family who live in Rapallo and knows Mr Ali . We highly recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to relax! We love this place and every bit of it! We will surely come back again.

This is one of a kind! Rooms are big and the sea view in the balcony is amazing. Breakfast is 5 stars and you can enjoy the panoramic view of Rapallo. Just 10/15 minutes from the centre of Portofino by bus , which u can take literally at the entrance of the Hotel. I will come soon for sure.

Wonderful stay here and great service all around. The location is beautiful. I cannot leave a 5 star review as when reviewing our bill we noticed 2 nights there was no open parking so they had to park our car in the garage and we were charged $20 each day for that. It’s not about the fee, it’s about the fact that no one advised us of these charges during our stay.

We spent one weekend in this amazing hotel and it felt really like a mini holiday. Great Service (especially Alessandro from the front desk) from the moment you enter and super facilities such as two pools, private beach and rental scooters to explore the small villages nearby. We will definitely come again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
