Very good location within 20 min walking distance from old town. Located in the same building of a mall with a big supermarket very convenient. Breakfast had good variety if food and beverage. Rooms very clean and space enough. I didn't like that charged me for a child of 8 years old almost the same price than an adult for Breakfast

Arrived at 3a to an empty hotel. Couldn't find anyone to let me in. Nobody answered the phone at reception where I was waiting. Eventually someone showed up after I went knocking on doors. Breakfast provides the bare minimum. Milk was off. Kind of a walk to get to town but easy enough to get to the airport.

Don’t stay here! We arrived and half our party’s booking was cancelled, the lift was broken…and you’re in a shopping mall. Rooms are clean but looking tired and very small. The location isn’t great, around 25min hike into the centre even if you’re active. The “buffet breakfast” is awful- nothing hot at all, very basic. I don’t know how they can charge so much for the rooms.

This is a lovely hotel and the rooms are beautiful. Smart, modern and very comfortable. Check in was smooth thanks to Juan on front desk and after the Camino I was ready for the luxury although this hotel would rate highly in any European city. Located in a shopping square I had access to eateries plus there is a supermarket below. Close enough to the city for a short walk to the historic centre plus it is not too far to the bus station

Spent a night here, was very happy with it, everything there you need, room was very clean, I can't comment on the breakfast as I had an early flight to catch, staff on reception were very happy to deal with us all, as our rooms weren't ready, took our numbers, and the night receptionist, called me a cab at 0400, no problems at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
