An excellent place to make your base camp for Porto Portugal. We had a spacious, clean and elegant room. We did not try the restaurant but it looks nice. On our last day we had a beer and the bartender lady was fabulous. This will tell us a no-brainer true value for your money located near many wonderful restaurants.

Nice little hotel close to the city center but located in a quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly staff. The rooms are nicely decorated and very new but I was missing a hair dryer and water kettle for some tea at night. The breakfast was okay but I would not pay €15 p/P again especially since there are so many nice brunch places in Porto for less or equal price. I very much appreciated the little gym downstairs during our short stay. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful and clean hotel! The breakfast is amazing! A little far from the city center (20-25 minutes walk) opportunity to explore! Also, taxis in Porto are not expensive!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Can't say enough good things about them. I came here when my Airbnb fell through. They were great in a pinch. The location wasn't great because it's not close to transit but everything is walkable from there by about 10 or 15min. Loved it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
