Good hotel. And not too far from the airport. Just the connection to public transport is not that good. No direct metro connection. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night before a flight out of Madrid / Barajas with my family. The location is good and building OK with safe parking under the hotel, breakfast also OK. But that’s about it. Rooms and bathroom are outdated, service is below standard and this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Next time in the area I will try the NH hotel just a couple of blocks away that seems to be much better.

Positives: (1) Close to the airport. Right on the motorway. Flip side is that there are no restaurants nearby (2) Bed mattress is nice and firm ( not soft and springy) (3) Room was well lit ( not dark and dim like many other hotels ) (4) Good service and staff (5) Good swimming pool Negatives ( and why the rating is 4 and not 5 ) (1) No Tea-coffee satches and no Kettle in the rooms. 99% of hotels in the world do provide this (2) No Ironing board / iron.

A lovely hotel and a quick taxi 🚕 ride from Madrid train station Chamartín-Clara Campoamor. Very clean, well equipped with slippers, shower caps, toothbrushes, shaving kit and even an eye mask with ear plugs each!! Rather shocked that they’ve quoted 30€ to get from the hotel to the airport whereby Google maps shows that it’s about 15€. Will update when we’ve worked that one out!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
