        Rooms are ok but the food is expensive and very small portion. The breakfast included in the premium rooms include coffee and ice tea. U want hot tea u need to pay. That's not good. Because of the food service I would give only 2 star but its deserves more because of the staff. If the food served was good I will rate this hotel high

        We had a nice stay (over 10 days) being stranded due to our cancelled flights to KSA. The hotel staff treated us very well. Rooms are cleaned and tidied everyday, amenities such as towels, tissue paper, purified water, hand/body soap and shampoo are supplied regularly. So far so good. Thank you 🤗

        located in the busy center of malate, manila where the concentration of hotels can be found. it's just a few minutes walk to Robinsons place Manila. the rooms are spacious with a small fridge and a TV. it's old but it's ok.

        I like this hotel. I have been there many times. My first stay was in 2012. If you want a hotel that is close to everything, this is the place. A mall 3 minutes away. Rizal park within walking distance and many others. It's a good hotel and not terribly expensive. Would highly recommend.

        Good clean hotel, needs to review maintenance, as the toilet did not flush until lifting the water closet top myself. Called maintenance and it was repaired right after. This hotel is not as it use to be a couple of years ago. It's value for the money is now less. Please change your towels, most are well used beyond their date. This is an update. I stayed here again this March 2019. It appears now this hotel is truly on the rebound. There is new owners and management. The rooms were better cared for. There are addition furniture now in each room to allow for additional comfort. Towels were cleaner and it appears the staff is now very concerned about upkeep again. Please keep up the good work as you will be again the hotel that you once were.
