Eh. This could be a decent place, but it's not very well taken care of. The rooms are fine, if a bit dingy, but pretty standard for what you'll get in this area and price range. AC was good and hot water was good enough. Not all the rooms are "bungalows" and even the actual bungalows are packed together so tightly that they may as well have just made them hotel rooms. The common areas are really depressing. It seems to be a couple of Russian families running the place and living out of several of the rooms in a way that's just sort of uncomfortable. Not terribly friendly or welcoming. The Thai cleaning staff are far more personable. Pool is nice and clean but because of the whole setup and living situation, I'd have no interest in using it. Stayed here two nights and moved down the street to Siam Huts. Same price range and much better all around.

This place is nice enough but the owners give it a really weird vibe. It seems that there’s a big Russian family who runs the place and lives here and they really don’t do much of anything to make you feel welcome. They spend most of the time sitting in the weird dark lobby. The hotels local groundskeepers are actually much friendlier than the owners! In other news, the pool is clean but I didn’t go in it because I felt uncomfortable. The rooms are nice enough but dark and have a weird smell. Good AC, fridge, nice location. I don’t recommend this place tho, there are a lot nicer places for the same price.

When I arrived the bar/restaurant was closed and had to find a staff member to check in. The room was OK, A/C didn't work great but shower was hot, comfy bed. The pool area was a bit basic and they had laundry drying around it and the pool could do with a clean. On the 3rd morning I woke up to no electricity thinking there was a power cut but realised the neighbours all had power. Went out for a few hours and came back - still no power. The owner informed me that she was sorry but they had no power so refunded me the last night and I went and checked in across the road. I'm guessing they didn't pay their electricity bill. I'm glad they were honest and helped me across the road to the new accommodation but it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Stayed for 3 nights. We took 5 rooms between 6 of us. All had mosquitos. My room had a pool of water under the bed which was caused by a leaking aircon unit. I used a bathroom floormat to soak up the water and when I squeezed out that water it was black and smelly. The room had a bad smell all the time and so did the bedding. The owner occasionally appeared at the bar and never acknowledged us. You get get same quality for half the price that we paid in peak season 1000 baht.
