Well guys all I can say is WOST EXPERIENCE! I don’t even know where to start 😳 When I went into the office to check in the guy looked like he was already irritated. I proceeded to get the room and just as I assumed he was a little on the rude side. I ignored the frustrations got my key and went to my room. When I got to my room and opened my door the room smelled of mildew and smoke like it was a non smoking room used as a smokers room! GROSSS! I started doing my normal room check. The bathroom was alright. The sheets and towels were clean. No stains. I opened the fridge it was clean for the most part. I did notice a dead German roach in the corner so I’m assuming they have roaches. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ITS NICE SINCE THEY ARE CHARGING THE PRICE OF A 5 STAR HOTEL!

I highly do not recommend . I booked my room online and went to check in. The guy took my id and asked the number of ppl (4)which I already put on my reservation. He then continues to ask how much stuff. I said my clothes are in bags. He said his room are small and I cat have my bags of clothes. I told him I'll leave them in the car and he refused the room. I'm not sure why he refused the room beside me being a black woman. Women of color stay away we are not wanted

Not the best place to stay. Sheets were clean but bed was horrible. Old, noisy, & uncomfortable. Faucet in bathroom was GROSS! Door was falling apart & had a gap all around it. Not safe at all. Bathroom door was broken. Had to share the room with bugs. No guide for TV. PRO-a full size fridge that worked.

We got here a lady working the desk(she’s the older one with glasses) didn’t even know what she was doing. When we would ask questions she would say “I don’t know let me get my daughter” and when we asked for the price of the room she STILL DIDNT KNOW. Don’t work the desk if you need to ask your daughter for help! ROOMS- 205 BEWARE the desk in there has a drawer and when I put my stuff ON TOP on the desk the drawer fell down on my foot. And there was a yellow stain on the sheets. And we did kill some baby roaches! P.s the soda machine DOESNT WORK and they don’t even have a sign to say so.

I do not recommend this hotel. The furniture in the room is probably from the founding of Houston, the bed linen is dirty and burnt from cigarettes. for this money you can get a much better room in other hotels

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
