Really nice apartment, and a beautiful building and pool. The gym is nice but basic The massive downside is they limit how many people can go in the pool, we paid for the day pass then were told we weren’t allowed up there and to come back later We managed to get up by saying we were using the gym, the guy on the door would not let us use the pool either. I counted and there were 20 people on the rooftop - which is a very small amount compared to the size of the pool

Nice apartment building - however the pool / gym access is restricted even if you buy a ticket for this you can then be turned away at any point with them stating it’s busy and you’re then unable to see the view of the city or use the gym/pool which you’ve paid extra for. Once we finally got up to the top floor there was max 20 people up there.

Absolutely love this apartment! The stunning view, cozy and spotless rooms, and unbeatable prices make it my top choice. The emphasis on safety and security is commendable. 1. Amneties not working, broken bidet, fan not working. 2. Request to change room not entertained at all and expect us to stay in dirty room with broken amneties. 3. Unfriendly and not willing to help staffs. 4. Poor housekeeping. 5. Noisy even after quiet hours. 6. Smelly, smells like garbage. 7. Dirty pool with inadequate lighting. 8. No spoon to make tea. 9. Stain on bed.

Problem 1: Poor attitude of receptional person The main problem I identify is when I am check in, the receptional person give us unpleasant welcome and poor attitude whole settling our check in. Due to this reason, we unsuccessful check in during that day. I as the person who registered under ic in Agoda which unable to check in during that day. Probelm 2: Provide Vague and lack of informatio and house rule in guide book The guide book which provided by the hotel does not show clear house rule. The receptional person restrict us to registered due to bring the decorations into property. Since the guide book does not provide any decorations restrictions, the receptional person does not allow us to enter and just tell us this is a new rule in the propertyy impose new house rule unfairly when you arrived the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
