Checked into this hotel for a layover flight. Upon walking in, the lobby smelled gross and uninviting. Decided to give it a shot because was late at night. After getting into our non smoking room, it was evident people were smoking in that room, like almost as if someone lit a cigarette before we walked in. Bed sheets were stained, entire floor off elevator smelled like weed and cigarettes. The queen bed was a full sized bed at best. Booked a room immediately at the holiday in next door and checked out of the hotel within 10 minutes of being there. The front desk lady however was very nice and didn’t charge us for the inconvenience so kudos to her. Better management could fix that place up but if you have kids or a minimal level of respect for your money DO NOT STAY HERE.

We stayed here one night because it was close to our cruise port. The staff are friendly but honestly I would not recommend this hotel for a few reasons but they might be considered personal preference so do as you see fit. It is close to the port as I mentioned earlier but the whole building smells musty and moldy. The floor in our room was dirty. They say online they offer a “healthy breakfast”. This is what was out the morning I went down stairs… packets of oatmeal and grits, water, a variety of sugar packets, bite size granola bars and a few child size granola bars, coffee, and the smallest yogurts in a mini fridge I’d ever laid eyes on and boiled eggs. I was told they would have muffins at check in. I found zero muffins. There was also no fruit or milk of any kind. They do have a vending machine where my husband did find a honey bun 😂. Sadly with what they charge I expected a more. I am sure at one time this place was awesome but when we plan our next cruise we will be staying elsewhere as this was a thumbs down for us.

1 star rating says it all for this hotel, and that’s one too many. Checking in was a joke. Waited for over 10 minutes for someone to attend to us after ringing bell on wall. The entire building smells of smoke and moof, and is run down. I don’t know what was newly renovated. No blow dryer in bathroom. Room was dirty. Tried calling down to the front desk, no response. We didn’t even attempt to have anything from the continental breakfast set up. Make sure your up on all your shots. Thank god we were only here for less than 24 hrs.

The best thing about this hotel is its close location to the Ft. Lauderdale airport and cruiseport. Other than that, we suggest staying somewhere else. The entire experience was a case of "we don't care". The rooms seem to have been given a facelift (there was still teflon tape hanging from the showerhead), but the sheets were too short for the bed, the towels were rough, the toilet backed up, the air conditioner rattled loudly, and the shower drain was very slow. As for the "healthy breakfast" that they advertise, it consisted a small shelf with a bowl of some pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. There was no creamer for the coffee nor hot water to make tea (yes, I asked for some). Overall, not worth the price. Next time we'll stay next door at the Holiday Inn Express. I walked through their facilities and it looked SO much better than the Extended Stay hotel.

This is very different post-Covid, almost like a place where low income people live. It was filthy and they don't keep anything in the rooms. You need to get a blow dryer, pots, dishes, etc. from the front desk. The breakfast was coffee and breakfast bars, no water, milk or anything else. Especially if you're there to take a cruise, find a better hotel (Holiday Inn is next door and offers a shuttle). This is a high-priced, rip-off. We did complain and they gave us a pro-rated refund. We just wanted to stop others from the same experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
