Stayed for 1 night. Front desk staff was nice and the hotel was clean. They need to get the front door fixed immediately tho. Super rickety and it pinched my arm when I pushed it open with my arm. Aside from that the only other downside was the noise. You can hear everything in the room, doors shutting, people walking in the halls. Everything else was good though, felt it was a safe area, breakfast provided was simple but did the job.

While the hotel itself was impressive, it was the outstanding service provided by one exceptional employee that truly made my stay unforgettable. Nora, an incredible member of the hotel staff, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Nora's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. She greeted me with a genuine smile and showed a true passion for her role in making guests feel valued and comfortable. Her attention to detail was impeccable, as she took the time to inquire about my preferences and tailor my stay accordingly. Nora's dedication to excellent service was evident throughout my entire stay. She consistently went the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed and more. Whether it was providing insightful recommendations for local attractions or arranging transportation for me, her knowledge and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. What impressed me most about Nora was her genuine care for each guest. She took the time to engage in friendly conversations, making me feel like a valued individual rather than just another customer. Her personalized approach and attentiveness made me feel special and appreciated, which is a rare quality to find in hotel staff. Moreover, Nora's professionalism and problem-solving skills were second to none. When I encountered a minor issue with my room, she promptly addressed it and ensured that I was completely satisfied. Nora needs a raise!!!

Far from what the website describes. First day the elevator was out of service, we had to carry our bags through the stairs, just two flights up, but was repaired within the hour, and broken again the following day. Intermittently tapping fridge at the rate of one tap per second, next to it heavily smoking two burners electric range and in the bath noisy vent fan with the cover detaching from one of the corners, and in-walls and cealing water leaks around the bath tub. See the photos I'm sharing you be the judge.

The hotel Did not provide room service. so I stay for seven days and I had to keep my room refreshed myself with was vey had to do because I had surgery . Upon booking I noticed the hotel advertised breakfast but the only supply yogurt.. coffee and grain bars .. The room has a kitchen but not kitchen supplies. .. the hotel have 2 elevator but only one works .. I will not stay here again…if I knew there was no breakfast and no housekeeping, I would have not pick this hotel for my stay. If your getting surgery please do not stay here .. it’s not good for you.. the only positive comment I have is that the parking was free and it’s usually 10.00 a day..

DIRTY, RUDE staff, DIRTY, DIRTY, Horrible!!! There’s no breakfast, someone LIED and said it was! Only nice one is the General Manager the rest are RUDE! Housekeeping only mop and switch sheets, hallways stink, one out of two elevators work and it’s 7 floors so just imagine! They’ll hand you towels (if they even have any) to you with gloves they been wearing to do dirty laundry and whatever else with! Go at your own risk. Only good thing is the neighborhood, plenty of places to eat and shop. Anyone that gave a good review got to be dirty cuz there’s no way you can love this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
