This hotel is absolutely terrible! It's infested with bedbugs, roaches, and all sorts of creepy insects. People are constantly slamming doors at all hours, dogs won't stop barking, and there are kids stomping around upstairs. And to top it off, one of the workers tried to get into my room unannounced. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I had the option, I would definitely give it 0 stars! 😡👎

As we walked in the hotel reeked of smoke and marijuana. As we got into our room, there were only 2 towels, even though the room slept five people. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The floors were disgusting. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. No pots and pans in the kitchenette. There were little black hairs on the sheets, as well as red and brown spots on the sheets. The garbage was piled up by the elevator because there is no trash chute. As we left at 10 AM, there was no one at the front desk to take our keys. The rolling door was still down with no one there to help us. We paid $400 for ONE night in this horrible place. We will never stay here again as this was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

This is the nastiest dirtiest stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in I’m checking out early because i cannot continue this. I stayed for a week and there’s no cleaning service offered. You have to damn near beg for clean linen and it comes at a fee. There’s large dogs pissing in the hallways and entrance areas. The hallways are dim and the stairways smell like an nyc alley way. When i first got here i mopped my own floors and the water was damn near black. I would have never did this to myself had I not payed up front. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in might as well be a motel.

DISGUSTING....DIRTY...BUGS...NEVER EVER WILL WE STAY THERE AGAIN....SOMEONE TRIED TO GET INTO OUR ROOM...KIDS RUNNING AROUND AT MIDNIGHT...NO BREAKFAST....NO POOL...NO FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN......its amazing how you say the same thing to everyone...yet nothing is done...no compensation...nothing....just shows that you really don't care and continue to strive for poor customer service...

Good vibes, caring staff. I happen to have friends already there so it was great to see them too. Of course wherever I go I like to immediately make it cozy adding my own personal touches others too seem to enjoy. Cleaning, freshen up with pleasant scents and light decorations 😋

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
