        Enjoyed the experience. Love the location. Simone and Natasha were the absolute best! Only issues that I had were the room itself. Very, very old and outdated. Rusty parts, bed was half made up when we first arrived. The biggest issue of ALL unfortunately, was the infestation of bed bugs. Crawling in our bed and the sleeper sofa was full of them. Both my daughters were tore up from the floor up, all over their backs, arms, legs, hands and buttocks. Just very nasty. I'd say this place have had no upgrades in a long time. Also, I'd say please do better with the conditions of not only them rooms but also the entire hotel.

        Let me first start off by saying the staff. There are excellent they're very courteous and kind. The hotel is in a great location and the property is very quiet. Now the room. My room the walls had patches in them for when people had put holes in the walls.The curtains were not on track and they had holes in them as well and they did not cover the whole window. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty. The refrigerator outside was not cleaned. The carpet in the room was nasty. I didn't even walk on it with my bare feet. I had to keep my house shoes near the bed and near the bathroom. My remote did not work to the TV. I had to keep getting up to turn the channel. The ceiling had previous water damage so you can tell where the water bubbles were that eventually popped the window was bent so it did not close all the way. Thank God it was summer and not winter. The outside can use a very good pressure wash. The stairs was nasty. The walkway was nasty. People left their garbage under the stairs this hotel needs a good deep cleaning and a major upgrade. I travel for work and my job is contracted with extended stay and I've stayed at some good ones and some bad ones and I have to put this on the list as for property as a bad one. Once again excellent staff. Great customer service skills

        Most of the staff at the Hammond Drive location are very polite and accommodating! Two hostess in particular, Bonita and Natasha, are such AMAZING people!! They were both attentive and compassionate to my plight. Even the GM Mr. Andrew, although very professional, has a way of making you feel relaxed and right at home. I would definitely stay again.

        The man checking us in was very polite and helpful.. down hill from there. Unlocked first room assigned and was not made up at all. Thought we were entering and occupied room. Returned to office to get a new room. Employee expressed concern and gave us new room keys. Upon entering the room, first thing we noticed was a large roach in the living room.. Room was cleaned but there was issues of areas that had never received cleaning such as windows sills. There was a hold in the kitchen sink faucet which sprayed water all over floor when used. Toilet was an elongated stool but seat was for a small round toilet. Toilet seat had clear tape on it. Toilet door looked like someone had punched a hole in it and was repaired with drywall mud. Shower floor was so stained it was not used. Stains on the floor which questioned when it was last mopped. Overall this was the worst hotel stay that we have ever had. ‘We have photos to document the issues I countered in you really care about the results of this survey.\

        Natasha was great but Roaches in room . Had to have front desk bring the plastic bags to put my items in so no roaches would get in my items . I checked out early due to infested room. The first room had a filthy carpet , and roaches in bathtub then the toilet would not flush. They then moved me to another room which I spent half of the day moving all my items and getting myself organized again . The second room was just as bad . Huge roaches live roaches crawling on night stand next to bed . And dead ones inside drawers . Because it was late and I couldn’t leave except to sleep in car . I was extremely uncomfortable with bugs crawling around and the front desk had to bring plastic bags for me to put all my items in so no roaches would crawl in so I had to once again pack up all my stuff . The room also wreaked of cigarette smoke & marjuana .
