Extended Stay America Select Suites Atlanta Perimeter Peacht

First and foremost this place NEEDS to be inspected ASAP. Second, the customer service here is terrible. The young lady with the locs is short with guests and rude, outside of my own experience, I have overheard her come off unprofessional, as if we are bothering her. My room was changed twice, due to it not being cleaned, stink bugs throughout the rooms, heavy cigarette smell as if someone was in the room with me. Guests leave trash in the hallways, people are smoking cigarettes in the stairways, tvs are loud at 2 and 3am like obnoxiously loud. This location seems as if it is staffed with individuals who need a fifth chance at society. The dumpster has trash thrown everywhere. You have to go to the front desk multiple times throughout the week for an update on a request. I just don’t understand why are you working here if you don’t care about giving great service and hospitality, like. If you end up staying here, document everything, from your rooms to the receipts and names of the employees, EVERYTHING and file a report with the higher ups outside of this location. Because from my understanding, they all looking out for each other and will not be reprimanded properly. I feel like i’m on skid row or something.

This place is horrible. People were clearly smoking cigarettes in their rooms, among the hard drugs. I could not wait to leave, I have reached out to corporate to file a complaint, the lady acted as if she couldn’t help me, especially when I told her that she should check her cameras of the gentleman who was selling from what I overheard “meth” I had to google what the nickname was and boom that’s what popped up. One woman was talking with me about her experience as a single mom staying here and I felt for her because this is all she could afford and said another location down the street was even more terrible. With all of the price gouging going (labeled as inflation) you would think these places are better kept. I have notified corporate with pictures and videos, along with names. If you are going to charging these prices, this place should not look nor smell like this and the customer service should be a lot better. Overcharging these people for this type of service and dirtiness is unacceptable, clearly some of these individuals are in between homes. Lastly, the tall light skin gentleman I overheard with a customer while I was waiting for my Uber, was VERY nice and a great listener, understanding and professional, they need to have the rest take a page out of his book.
