Never stayed here before and didn't know there was a $100.00 deposit due at check-in (not stated on website either), but the manager Ms. Marita waived my deposit as a courtesy and was very informative, kind, and professional. The room was very clean, 4th floor was very quiet, breakfast consisted of a few good items...coffee is all I need, and good front desk assistants. Hotel is in a great location location...close to everything. I'll definitely stay there again...five stars.

Me, and my fiance were visiting Georgia in Nov. for a small trip we got to the hotel the two clerks were pretty dismissive when we asked if we could check in a tiny bit earlier, and seemed to be more focused on their discussion. The elevator was very shaky, and needs to be serviced. Although the hotel is non smoking hotel it smelled of Newport’s, and ashes of smoke. We got to our room it was decently sized, but we did notice the pulled up carpet, broken drawers, dog chew marks on the table legs, and a random dirty sock behind the window blinds. I would recommend taking pictures just incase. I tried to use the phone, but it seemed to not work so I had to go down to ask if they had any extra blankets available, but was only given a sheet telling me they had 0 left. The location is fine, you’re near a bunch of places. This is honestly just a place you can sleep, and nothing else.

All of the staff is very friendly and professional. Patrick, Ruth. & I'm unsure what the other young lady's name is with the braids and the manager. Always helpful and pleasant whenever I need assistance. I would come back; it was very affordable, and I was able to work and bring my dog. This was a nice family staycation😁😁

Racially profiled by front desk agent at check-in. I was asked multiple times if I could afford my room. The gentleman had no effort to say hello, gave no information on breakfast or wifi, and lacked general customer service, including a smile. Overall, the hotel is in a decent location, pets are allowed, and the rooms are nice for an extended stay. Hope to see a friendlier front desk agent this week.

The staff was very unhelpful and our room was filthy. We pulled out the couch bed and there were pee stains all over it. We tried to get a different room or refund and the staff at the desk laughed at us and didn’t help in any way. We payed a lot for this room as well. Aweful experience. It also smelled like straight mold inside the entire hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
