The staff were great and very helpful. Unfortunately the rooms did not line up with the service the staff provided. My first day checking in, I settled into my room and while in the restroom I noticed a large roach running across my sink. I started to look around and began to find more throughout the restroom. I went to the front desk and they moved me to a new room without hesitation. While bringing my bags to the second room, I’m immediately greeted by another roach running across my carpet. The gentleman at the front desk apologized for this and issued a refund for my remaining days. Will not be returning and would not recommend staying here.

The people and service is amazing but the ac/heat units don't work (it blows the same temperature no matter what you do), coffee ran out a little after 8am, and if you have the ac/heat, tv, and microwave on at the same time, it will trip the breaker. Would be full stars if the ac/heat units worked properly and if coffee would've been readily available (most places have 2 coffee canisters, so there's always coffee. This place only has 1). They also say they have breakfast but read carefully because it's mini muffins (1 flavor only) and peanut butter granola bars, that's it. Can't take a bath either, there's no way to plug the tubs. But the beds are comfy and rooms are clean. The people really are great too.

Basic no-frills accommodations. This is for those times that you just need a simple place to stay for the night, or a work assignment since they each have full kitchens with smaller versions of appliances. It's not in the least bit fancy, but it's clean and it works. If you're looking for luxurious rooms, a beautiful lobby, and a fancy breakfast then this place is not for you. It's for the rest of us.

It was perfect for traveling with a dog—great sound insulation, easy to clean floors, numerous doors to outside, short halls. The great grassy areas nearby were wonderful for walking and short pit stops. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was set up nicely with an easy chair and writing desk.

Nicer than the other locations.. besides the fact that we had a homeless person sleeping in the hall near our room.. the second time we were supposed to stay the power was out on the entire corner we couldn't check in because no one was there.. that sucked.. driving 5hrs from the valley getting charged for a room we didn't stay in

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
