The clerk was very professional and friendly. The room was not up to expectations. There was no shower curtain and when she brought one it was moldy. The caulk around the bathtub and faucet were completely covered with black mold. It was not nearly as good as your other hotels I have stayed at.

Living nightmare experience. I mean you can't make these things up. First off, I showed up as a late check-in and they messed up my reservation and were sold out so I was forced to search for a place to stay in Austin on a Saturday night after a 500 mile drive. Second, my room key went bad 4 times in the first 3 nights. Then, and THEN. I was awoken at 3:54 AM one night to loud banging outside my door, followed by the fire alarm going off. I poked my head out of my room to see what the hell was going on, and it turns out, the meth head that checked in next to me was having a psychotic episode and had been running up and down my hall spraying the fire extinguisher that was across the hall from my room. When AFD showed up they did not confirm if it was safe to leave the room or not so I stayed put for about an hour before going outside again. I have a dog and this was very stressful. The police have been here at least a dozen times since and arrested several individuals. You know what? It gets worse. The woman that works at the front desk in the evenings STOLE MY PHONE NUMBER OUT OF THE COMPUTER AND BEGAN TEXTING ME. She then begins calling me on the courtesy phone, just seeing if I want to "chat". Last night she burst into my room without knocking and began yelling at me demanding why I was ignoring her text messages. I was literally in shock, and did not say anything to her and she eventually left. I did not sleep after this. This is absolutely disturbing behavior. Small cherry on top is I found a guy passed out on a tossed out mattress behind the hotel dumpster with a crack pipe next to him this morning. This place is trashed. I have literally never written a bad review before, but I truly hope that this paints a picture of what you're getting into when you choose ESA. Be careful. Oh, also, very important: german cockroaches. Beware travelers. You have been warned. I wish I had more time to have gotten more photographs of this place but attached is said crackhead behind the dumpster.

It's a cool lil spot when you're transitioning from one place to the next. Dog friendly, and a trail to walk your dogs. Be careful, it's lots of homeless in the area. Staff was really cool and helpful! Rooms were clean....but they do have roaches you will see from time to time.

The staff of this hotel is one of the most horrible rude people I’ve ever met, the manager made me wait 1 hour for a roll of toilet paper in the lobby, they knock 2 on my door because they “smelled weed” ( not from my room) they didn’t give us towels not even one I asked for some of them and they say they didn’t have none. Thanks God I have my own you can see cockroaches a lot of homeless peoples around the hotel and overall horrible experience definitely will not recommend.

Pros. Rooms are spacious and they do cleaning, location is great Cons . Staff is awful every time i had to interact with them they all seem to be in a bad mood and either acted rude, conflictive or just unhelpful. If it weren't for them i probably would rank it a 5 star, since they always manage to make me feel unwelcome in a hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
