This place has its negatives, yet in the final analysis it is a 5 star place. You see trash in the hallways, stairwell, and elevator for over 24 hours. The staff is not always at the front desk. The weightroom has no weights. Some of the door locks did not work There was this man who slept in hallway. Was he a homeless man who snuck in or did his wife proverbially kick him out of the bed is a mystery. Free breakfast. Hot coffee = yay! They served several different Vegan breakfast items over the days. Grits is one. I haven't had grits for awhile. They also offered granola bars and oatmeal. The residents are more friendly and approachable than average hotel patrons. I've been to hotels that did not have consistently hot water, yet this place did. Also the heaters provided very hot heat, which was needed in these days of super cold weather. Bed was comfortable; too much so as it sucked me into sleeping. This place has it's flaws, yet it is way better than the alternatives during this cold spell

My experience here has been amazing. We were taken care of. Brittany and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. I've read reviews here and it is far fetched for them to reach like they are providing underrated reviews for this property. If you need a place to call home for a while this is the place. For those that commented on breakfast. I want to say it's continental. If you have questions before you book call first to make sure you are satisfied with the accommodations don't get upset when your expectations are different and you never clarified or even took the time to investigate what was offered. You can always bring your own groceries and cook whatever you like. 💯 Thank you Brittany and Donica💜🙏🏾💜 and staff.

Normally I don’t review a place I’m still staying in, but this place isn’t great, and I felt the need to share. When checking in at 6pm there was no one at the desk, there was a phone with a number on it, and when you called the number it literally just rang the desk in front of you. The room is in major disrepair. The refrigerator can only stay closed if you adhere the little piece of duct tape sticking to the side. It has a leak inside somewhere. There are lights without bulbs and furniture that looks damaged. This morning there was a cockroach in my shower, the shower by the way leaks out of the bottom of the tub. There’s no trash can in the room, so bring a bag.

1. Rooms were filthy. There was garbage in the hidden areas like under the AC and the bed. The room had this dampness and smell. 2. Cockroaches and other insects were rampant. I had to remove a few myself. 3. The tap in the bathtub was leaking throughout. 4. There was no toilet brush 5. Linens were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. I am highly disappointed. I booked the hotel through my corporate account. I will be sharing my feedback with the partner management team. I also plan to write a Google review.

The halls smell of cigarettes and Marijuana. The bathroom sink was clogged all weekend, but was unclogged this morning. There was a light bulb missing, but was also replaced this morning. However, the phone in the room was not repaired, so this morning when the fire alarm went off, I had to call the front desk on my cell phone. I reached someone with the company, who stated that someone would be up to turn off the alarm, but they NEVER showed, the alarm went off on it own. THERE ARE ROACHES OF ALL SIZES ALL OVER THE HOTEL ROOM. THE MAINTENANCE PERSON STATED THAT HE WOULD TELL MANAGEMENT. AND, THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED VERY WELL!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
