I have been staying here awaiting housing. When I first booked here I saw many bad reviews and felt inclined to believe them all. But after staying a few weeks I have learned that the staff makes every reasonable effort to accomodate your needs. Emphasis on "reasonable." Because some of you all are crazy! I have worked some labor work over the years and have often had to stay at extended stay hotels. I had a terrible experience years ago at an inn town suites. The guy behind the desk took two weeks rent from me, kicked me out, and pocketed it. I havent trusted extended stays since! This place has restored my faith in extended stays! People stay at this kind of hotel for many reasons. Awaiting a major surjery or kidney transplant. Somewhere to stay for work on a labor contract. Awaiting housing, or the construction of a house. These places are quite common. If you are expecting the Hilton, you're in the wrong hotel. Basic accomodation is why it's more affordable. Other places will charge you $150 per night for that full kitchen. I've seen a lot of complaints on here and have to now say something positive because in my experience this place has been everything we needed. If you're a jerk you'll probably get thrown out. And if you're paranoid about the cops driving through you're probably the reason why. In my experience. This place has for the most part been peaceful and pleasant. Only a few inconveniences, and always corrected whenever possible.

If you’re looking for the bare minimum of functionality this is it. Pros: -Large fridge -Microwave -Range stove (2 burner) -Free Wi-Fi - Key car entry into the bullring (past the front desk). -Did not require a security deposit (we booked through a third party) -Good location in terms of things to do and shopping. Cons: -DIRTY- it seemed like our floor hadn’t been swept for a few days or mopped for weeks! The bathroom shelf was filthy, under the sink in the bathroom was also pretty dirty. -The whole 4th floor smelt terrible. -Door did not close all the way unless slammed. I’m fact we left for the day and came back and our door was cracked open… -The front staff was rude to my husband & seemed very nonchalant and not well presented at all. -They don’t have extra pillows which seems like a small thing to complain about but the current ones are thin. - The key cards stop working! - The bathroom light only turned in half the time and flooring in the bathroom was bowed. -The entry in was very congested as there is only one narrow entry in, which also is the front desk. I would not recommend this hotel. I honestly could have over looked most but I cannot overlook the lack of cleanliness of our room. If we could have afforded to stay somewhere else I absolutely would have walked right out and booked somewhere else. Additionally, it was VERY bare minimum. There was two plastic chairs for seating, no where to place the luggage, two towels and two wash cloths, no extras of anything. They do not offer any sort of toiletries minus a small bar of hand soap and a roll of toilet paper. 10/10 will not stay again nor would I recommend.
