My overall experience here has been welcoming and very positive. The front desk is always upbeat always giving out positive vibes. Every time I go down there if I need something that always there to give me whatever I need. This is actually my second time here I'm from Dallas Texas every time I visit Sandy Springs this is the only place I book because it's safe and comfortable also convenient

My recent stay at the Extended Stay America was truly excellent. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A special shout-out to front desk agent Edith, who greeted me with a warm smile and friendly conversation each time I passed through the lobby. She epitomized top-notch customer service and was always willing to help with any request or question I had during my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a mini kitchen area that was perfect for my extended visit. The location was also ideal, close to many restaurants and shops. I sincerely appreciated the affordability too - Extended Stay America provides tremendous value for the nightly rate. I wholeheartedly recommend this Extended Stay America, especially for longer stays when you want extra amenities. The accommodations and service from staff like Edith make it a wonderful home away from home. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town!

I recently stayed for 7 nights at the Extended Stay Crestline hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was largely negative. On arrival, I immediately noticed a strong smoke odor in the hallway, despite the no-smoking signs on the doors. My initial room was also affected by this smell, prompting me to request a change. The second room, although free from smoke odor, had a musty smell and seemed to need better ventilation. While the room appeared clean, I encountered cockroaches from the second night onwards and experienced discomfort such as nausea and headaches during my stay. Additionally, the bathroom vent was visibly dusty and rusty, raising concerns about air quality, especially given the presence of mold in the shower area. Moreover, the bed was uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality throughout my stay. While the staff was accommodating in changing my room, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. My experience raises concerns about the maintenance and hygiene standards of this establishment. I believe regular inspections and renovations are crucial to address these issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I also feel hesitant about staying at other hotels under this brand in the future, due to the serious health and comfort concerns I encountered.

The location of this Extended Stay America is perfect for what I needed. I spent close to two months here and found the staff to be quite helpful (particularly Brandon and the GM, Todd). They were quick to help me with whatever I needed and answered any questions. The only drawback I had was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. After I did a thorough deep clean myself (since I knew I was going to be there for a bit), I felt better. Good value, GREAT location, friendly staff!

I choose this one because it’s close to my office and has the kitchen. I only stay for a short time and I am a picky eater so this was the best choice among all, traveling abroad for business in my situation. The room looks neat but it’s actually ew. The moment when I checked in, I saw lots of cockroaches in the room. They were everywhere and even got into my baggage. They were all over the bathroom after I took a shower because I had a 32-hour-flight, I needed to refresh right away. Hotel doesn’t have hairdryer also, which is weird. They were ok to change the room for me. It was better, but still saw 1-2 cockroaches. The smell of this hotel made me sick all the time. It’s the mould smell. Kitchen set is not always available. However, the staff here is really nice. Ryan and especially Edith made my stay so much easier and more comfortable during the time here. I want to shout out for Edith. She is the best of all, very nice, very sweet and very supportive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
