stayed here two years ago for new years and everything was great. I came back this year to the same hotel and it really went downhill. The service was great but the rooms were terrible. It seemed like all rooms had some type of blood stain or reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to get a refund because I wasn't comfortable. It sucks that such a good place went downhill. I try not to be picky but man I just could not fight through it. I really hope they fix this place up

I have stayed at Extended Stay America 507 south 1st street location for over a month, I found the staffs at the front desk very diligent and friendly. They are responsive to guests’ requests and always trying to be helpful ! My colleague came to stay at this location first and recommended it to me. We are from out of town and are in Austin for project. This location is very convenient with many public bus lines 2-6 minutes walk. Lyft to our office is $7 which I share with my colleague every day. It is close to the bat watching cruise and the Butler metro park trail. Long performing arts center is just 8 minutes walk. I would like to highlight that handyman Hector is super helpful. The sink in my room was draining slowly and I put in the repair request in the morning on my way out. When I came back after work, it’s running properly. Overall I found staffs work hard to make guests comfortable. I am thankful and will stay here again !

This hotel is not worth the money. 87$ a night for a room that has no hot water and the bathroom door did not close. Lights did not work and oven is dirty. Updates need to be done asap. The room reeked of smoke and the comforters, sheets were dirty. I checked out early and got refund due to these issues. Front desk employee told me to wait 2days to get it fixed and told me he had no other room to put me in. The location is horrible with the construction on the same side of the highway and if you want to drive to other side of highway it’s a nightmare. Dogs were at the hotel walking around and we play chess today no without a leash. The only good thing is the employees that checked me in were nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE - VERY UNSAFE WITH BLOOD IN THE HALLS - I wish there was a 0 star option Walked into the lobby and it REEKED of weed with homeless people everywhere outside. After getting to my room within 30 minutes a homeless person knocked on my door and asked for drugs. I was feeling extremely unsafe and nervous, decided to go to the what a burger across the street where police were everywhere detaining multiple people. Got my food and went back to the hotel, going up the staircase I saw a very large blood stain and outside of my door there was a homeless man tweaking, I locked the door and didn’t leave my room after that. I was really excited to explore the nightlife in Austin unfortunately because of the extremely unsafe environment created by the extended stay hotel I was anxiety riddled and unable to leave the room after barricading my door. After barricading the door I reached out to a couple of family members and friends that have travelled through the states. They all had the exact same story I had. This is a really unfortunate reality of all extended stay hotels, homeless people use them for homes and it creates an incredibly unsafe and dangerous environment for your guests.

The only reason I gave them 3 stars was the staff! I stayed there one week,there is a roach problem, there's a worn and tattered look through out the facility. And there seems to be a lot of homeless in and around the facility. But the staff was friendly and helpful! They deserve better from ownership!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
