My job requires me to stay for 3 months at a time and these hotels are always hit and miss. This one is a home run. Location is fantastic and the room is clean and comfortable. But the best part of the stay was the staff everyone was friendly and helpful especially the Manager, she was always there interacting and responding to guests needs. Thanks for a great experience. We reserved a King room for our night in Austin, only to receive a double Queen room. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds. The night clerk who checked us in said zip, zilch, nada about us being bumped from our request due to "overbooking." I'm sorry, but your computer system should know that King bed rooms are sold out. In addition, the door handle would not latch properly when we left to grab a bite to eat, delaying us a few minutes to jimmy the door into place so our belongings would be secured. It seems that ESA has gone downhill as this has been a recurring theme at other locations we have stayed at as well. Bottom line, ESA has lost a customer.

I've been staying here for a very long time, and the staff is always super nice and super friendly! And everyone keeps complaining about the smell of their rooms, but I believe that they fix the problem because I've been staying here off and on 4/3 or 4 months now, and my rooms have always smelled like cleaning products. Which is how I prefer! But this is always my go-to hotel, whenever I am staying out of town on business. They have a kitchen and all the supplies you need, definitely give it a 10/10 review

DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff are very unprofessional and loud. I've heard front desk get into multiple arguments with different customers. Rooms are nasty. So be prepared to bring your own cleaning products. Roach infested, and holes in walls.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
