A great airport for Southwest Airlines a lot better than O’Hare. The staff were great, the airport was clean, plenty of restaurants , and easy to locate the gate. We just stayed in the B concourse since we had a connection flight and it was great. Plenty of power outlets and seating as well. If you are flying Southwest, Chicago Midway is the way to go!

Nice airport that is like Southwest's northern den. It's big, bright, and has moving walkways to make up for the long walking distances. I can tell that they did a wonderful job with the renovations. Security was also quick and smooth.

A no nonsense type of airport. Upon exiting the airplane we found our way to baggage very easily- not much walking. Once we got our luggage we exited and the shuttle to take us to the car rental station was already outside. Same thing when returning home. We found a good place to eat and wait for our airplane. Bit airports overwhelm me but this airport is easy to find restroom, restaurants. TSA was not busy and we passed in no time.

Airport was clean and very festive. The parking garage connected to the airport charges too much if you park there for a few days. If you want to have the cheaper one then you have to park at the economy. That one you have to take a shuttle. Depending on what time you go, there can be a long line for security check especially in the morning. Like others have said, it can be difficult to find seating at your gate. Not all of the chargers work. I don’t like the location because it’s in a shady, run down area.

Super clean airport. Easy access to public transportation Orange line L is accessible near the baggage claim. Getting through security is a breeze. Concourse B has several food options, and Hudson News convenient stores. Everyone that we came into contact with was really friendly. They have done a lot of upgrades since the last time I was here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
