This was no better than a Holiday Inn without breakfast. Very aged facility, room smelled like smoke. They say free breakfast but there was only coffee and muffins with not even a place to sit. I have stayed in many Extended stays but this looked they took an old hotel and changed the signs. I DO NOT recommend anyone stay here for 1 day let alone many!

Room full of bedbugs and property wouldn't refund our money for the two days we reserved. As soon as we turned the heat on and laid down we got attacked. No rooms left at the property and all hotels in the area were booked, we ended up driving the two hours back to Cleveland at midnight. Do not ever stay here!!! The health department needs to shut them down

Terrible experience so bad that i had to check out 5 days early with no chance of refund, bed bugs are a plenty, the door lock wasn't even properly flush so you constantly have to worry bout someone just walking into your room, if they are doing maintenance on the water dont expect for it to be back on for atleast 10+ hours, if you pay for the enhanced wifi its $30+ and you can't even load a web page from it, tried ordering the supplies to the room and it was a hassle cause it says they will be place outside your room but thats only if the front desk wanted to do their job, that gets me to Shante- possibly the most passive aggressive person I've experience, super nice when answering but if you ask any question pertaining to her actually doing her job you get attitude she just sits in the back watching videos and you have to stand up front forever till she decides to get up and do her job- look at the constant previous negative reviews on her and this place if you want to be safe, only use this hotel if you are next to homeless cause sleeping in a car would be cleaner/safer/cheaper and easier then dealing with this place

Manager was very nice, but my room had bedbugs in it. They allowed me to go to another room but I wasn’t comped for the room, which I thought should’ve been done after that inconvenience 🤷🏾‍♂️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
